I am trying to compare a time property (with no seconds) with the system time within a task,by setting the value of the property in the condition to %%System Time.Time Without Seconds%% but it keeps throwing back an error.
I am using it control a heating system so I'd rather set the various on/off times on my device rather than edit tasks.
Any ideas or other options greatfully received.
Cheers
James

Unfortunately you can't use property value substitution in Task comparisons. It's a frequently requested and desperately needed addition.
Another option would be to test it in a script.

Thats a shame.
Any plans to add it in the near future?

You're in luck.
This is such a useful feature, that I'm adding it now. Look for it in the next release.

Good News!
When do you think that would be? and how would I go about obtaining it?

It will be released here on the site to everyone. If you subscribe to
this thread , you should be notified when it is available.
When it will actually be available, I really don't know. Sometime soon I hope.
