Two Insteon PLM devices

So my HB server PC (WinXP) burps early this morning causing me to have to bounce the box. When HB server restarts it reports it cannot communicate with the PLM, so no PLM shows up in the hardware interface device list. So I create a new PLM interface device. But it won't talk to the various Insteon switches etc, scattered about. (Yes, I enabled it.) So I restart the HB server software. You can see where this is headed can't you? Now I have two PLM devices in my hardware interface device list. One works, thankfully. But I cannot delete its evil twin - the HB server software warns me that there are devices that use that hardware interface. I suppose I can go into HBDATA.MDB with Access and muck around. I can also reassociate all the Insteon devices with something else, delete the evil twin, then reassociate the devices with the remaining PLM. Looks like a reasonable feature request would be a way to optionally delete an interface (or task) regardless of any existing relationships. But maybe that would leave something orphaned. In the meantime, I have an evil twin PLM that apparently is doing no harm... yet.

If you want to send me your HBData.mdb file, I'll see if I can remove the extra interface. The problem of the interface not showing in HouseBot if it fails to initialize is a known issue.

Scott, thanks. Let me see what I can do with it here first. Your time is better spent on other stuff.
