TV listing strange behaviour

Maybe someone can help me out.

I'm trying to display the information of the TV listing device to my iPad via Commandfusion.
After writing quite some lines of vbs I noticed that the TV listing device behaved strange.
I've added a screenshot of the device.
Everything seems fine but the "Listing Program List" does not show any values, even when I change the channel.
I tried to restart HB and the PC, but it stays the same.
Also I deleted the device and made a new TV Listing device, it still doesn't show any values

Does anyone recognize this? Or perhaps someone has a better solution for the TV listing device?
