Installation Help

I just downloaded SetupSmarthomeDeviceManager3-308.exe after purchasing the product.
This is an initial install on Vista Business.
I have the following problems.

1. Starting Smarthome Device Manager disappears right after startup. It came up once, asked a few questions and then nothing. I did not get asked for the License Key, only for an agreement page.

2. The link for the HTML docs is broken and I don't see any documentation

3. I am looking for the Windows CE client so I can try it on my ViewSonic V212
