adding lines to a task

Feature or bug? Atleast a bit strange..

Example:

Take a task that already holds a few Action lines. Now select that task and add an Action line. I would expect another simple Action line to be added, but instead I get an Else statement and than the Action line.
Not even sure what such a Task would do since the initial If statement is missing.

I have noticed similar wierd behavior. Also deleting lines in a task seems to have some unexpected results sometimes.
