RFXCOM support in HouseBot

I have developed support for the RFXCOM (http://www.rfxcom.com/). The majority of devices are supported, but not everything. If you are interested in using the new plugins, you can find the setup program that will install the necessary plugins in the main download area under the 'Support Files' section/tab.
