Small Export inconsistancy

yesterday I created an Export from my EMail script, panels and tasks for Steve. Steve tried to Import it again, but the process stopped because two files (of type image.png) that were listed in the ConfigExport.xml weren't actually copied into the .hbx file. After some checking it turned out to be the following problem:

The panel contains an Alphalist. I expirimented with 'Image Constructed List' images for the Background Image and the Selection Bar Image but I decided to go with the 'System Constructed List'. Selecting the System Constructed List after having selected the Image Constructed List, leaves the Image Constructed List greyed out and there is the problem. The export makes note of these greyed out files, but since they are not used, the actual image files are not included in the export. Thus the import will stop because of missing files.
