Colour grabber (pipette)

I hope this isn't a duplicate request.

I've seen in other applications an ability to grab a colour from your screen by moving the mouse over it and clicking - often with a magnifying type of view, sometimes called a pipette. This isn't limited to within the applications windows but can be anywhere on screen . It allows you to exactly blend and match colours for example a solid button colour to an image colour.

I don't know how difficult this is but it would be a nice feature within the colour selection dialogs of HB.
