panel open style in scripts

Three things on panel open style...

- Add ability to open panel with a given style in scripts.
- Add the ability to close panels using this same functionality (Script too)
- Scroll background with panel objects. Currently only scrolls background. Objects are drawn after panel is completely extended.

With this ability we will be able to create hidden panels that slide in and out.

2nd the ability to define how panels are closed the same way we can define how they open- I love the scrolls, etc- I want my popups to exit the same way they came in.

Another feature I would like to see is to open and close a panel using a fade option. Opening the panel would do a panel fade in and closing would do a panel fade out.
