Software remotes *always* get new theme

Just recently I noticed that whenever I start a software remote it always gets a new theme. If I see it get a new theme I can close and immediately re-open it and it gets a new theme again.

That's strange. If you can open the XML theme file on both the SWRemote and the server, check to see what the 'TIMESTAMP' value is set to in each. If they match (and they should), it should not send a new one.
Also make sure you are not running a beta of V3. You may be running a combination of the old and new ways of checking.
