Posting a Bug:
When reporting a technical issue through the forum, please include as much information as possible. Things that are helpful include:
- HouseBot version number (Software Remote version if applicable)
- Operating system
- Duplication scenario... very important!
- Relevant trace files
If the application just disappears, or you get an error about an exception, check the HouseBot\Dump directory to see if there is a recent 'dump' file. If there is, please send the dump file along with a duplication scenario to '[email protected]'.
If you do not wish to post the bug on the forum, or have attachments to send, you can also send the report to '[email protected]'.
