Does anyone notice theme related problems when using android OS vs a clean run of the same theme in x86/64bit remote? Can you suggest a walk around or some tips on how to resolve those issues? Thank you guys

The android themes do not display exactly as in the theme editor like the windows remotes do. This is mainly due to the differences in fonts between android and windows.

missing bars and buttons. missing menus. "GUI On GUI" etc'.

Other than controls and fonts not looking exactly as they do on the server theme designer, there really should be any difference between using an Android remove vs. a Windows Remote.
Every configuration is different, so if you have screen shots that show the issues or describe in detail how to reproduce it, that would be a good start.
If you are seeing a lot of problems, I would start over with something simple and then add to it slowly. That will allow you to trouble shoot each problem one at a time.
