Text 2 Speech on remotes?

Hello have anyone found a easy way to let the software remotes to do speech?
- media player and streaming from "HouseBot server" ( i do this to my media player today with broadwave, but with delay)
- run Text to speech on the remote and send text commands over tcp?

i do not only want to play wav files, more read out properties...

any advice
