One of the uses of the system is to schedule property changes and task runs.
Some people need MANY such timers. This can easily get to 20 or more timers.
Instead of having to change the times inside tasks, it would be a lot more user-friendly to change the times from a theme.
A timer needs to have start and end times, preferably also being aware of sunrise and sunset times. It also needs a day of week control (to run the task only on Saturdays for example). It needs a property change at start and at end times. It would also be nice to allow the user to 'deactivate' and 'reactivate' the timer.
