Ctrl-Z generally doesn't work in the theme editor

Post by dlmorgan999 »

Hi Scott,

I have found that when I want to undo an action, most of the time using Ctrl-Z doesn't work. In these cases I go to the edit menu and select Undo and that usually does work. I seem to remember seeing exceptions to this every once in a while but normally it doesn't work. It should be easy to reproduce.

There are a good many exceptions where undo doesn't work. It was implemented when the group control updates were implemented. I wanted a way to unwind the group updates if needed, but I only implemented it for the most common types of changes (moving, fonts, etc).

In time this will need to include everything, I agree.

Hi Scott,

For this issue my point was that for a given instance Ctrl-Z doesn't work but selecting Undo from the menu does work. Most of these were just simple things like changing the position of a control. This sounds more like a key mapping issue?

Oh, I see...

It's a weird focus issue that I've tried to nail before. I'll get it sooner or later.
