Ramp receiver volume script

I've uploaded a script that "ramps" the volume of an RS-232 controlled receiver. This is useful when you want to make relatively large volume changes (from a task or a button on theme) and you don't want the volume to "snap" from its current level to the new level.

This script is a bit more complicated than it would otherwise be due to the fact that the receiver I'm controlling uses HEX numbers for the volume level but I'm presenting it to the user as a decimal value from 1 to 100.
