Re: List Control: Selecting a specific row
Steve: You won't be able to highlight as you scroll the list (this would require you to rebuild the list and append the next item with *S- with each down or up button push). I mean, you could do this, but I am not sure it would be visually appealing or as responsive as you'd like. In order to keep t...

Re: Load Plugin Problem
I'm pretty sure that was the error message I was getting with DotNet Bridge devices when I had .NET 4.0 installed on the HouseBot box. It went away when I converted back to .NET 3.5.

Re: Strange SWRemote Behavior
Yes, good call. I changed most of my PNG-24 images to PNG-8 (256 color, with transparency) using pngquant (theme folder: 315 kb to 174 kb) and this seems to have solved the problem. Henceforth, I will only make PNG-8 images and allow HouseBot to make the transparecy settings.

Re: Strange SWRemote Behavior
Yes it has. I did a little experiment last night after I posted. A smaller version of the theme loads without problems. This appears to only happen with the current monstosity I have created. This may be why I also got a nearly black image when I tried printscreen to try to post a picture of what I ...

Strange SWRemote Behavior
Has anyone had an swremote startup and only show labels and maybe a few buttons, with the desktop visible in the background? This is happening intermittently on my eeeTop and I can't seem to track down what precisely the problem is. The swremote connects to the server and shows up as in session. I h...

Re: TCP Client Software Device Plugin
If you can. I think it may be an issue with IPv4 vs. IPv6. I think there is a work around to play nice with both address formats, but I am not sure yet.

Re: RFXCom and BWR101 / 102 Body Weight
I am a scientist that studies obesity and its related complications. I run a variety of intervention studies and it would be nice to have something like this to give to study subjects to take home to follow their progress. The r^2 (r-squared) is the correlation coefficient and would give me an idea ...

Re: RFXCom and BWR101 / 102 Body Weight
Very interesting. How reproducible are the measurements? Can you plot measurement 1 vs. measurement 2 for a few family members (measurements separated by a moment in time, say seconds or minutes) and let me know what the r^2 value is? If not, can you get me the data points and I'll run the stats? Os...

ISY 99i (Insteon)
I have created a COM component that can be used to receive event notifications from an ISY 99i. I haven't written a script yet to integrate it into HouseBot, but do have a sample script demonstrating how it is used. If you are interested in playing around with this, you can download the .dll, .tlb, ...

Re: Calling Sonos users
Good luck to you. I have about 75% of a .net class completed that recapitulates the .wsc. Stay tuned as I am dusting it off to start working on it again. Wrapping the .wsc may be asking for some problems. If you have any, let me know and I will help as best I can.

Re: iPod, iPhone, and iPad support via iRule
Roussell: Yep! Command Fusion is very nice but I didn't want to invest the time it would take to get it going. Digital joins, serial joins, etc. It's enough to make my head spin. I had iRule up and running in very little time. Plus I am on a "decentralize" kick and am starting to offload s...
